About

Wellbeing is interconnected. We believe support should be too.

Radiant Roots was created from a simple belief: mental and physical wellbeing aren't separate parts of our lives. How we think, feel, move, connect and care for ourselves all influence the way we experience the world.

Research continues to demonstrate the relationship between our mental and physical wellbeing—from the role movement can play in supporting mood and managing stress, to the ways chronic stress and emotional experiences can show up in the body. At Radiant Roots, this connection isn't simply something we talk about. It shapes the way we think about, practice and experience wellness.

Through counseling, movement and strength, community education, and workplace wellness, Radiant Roots translates these principles into practical, evidence-informed support that helps people build healthier, more resilient lives.

Our approach is grounded in meeting people where they are. Whether that means navigating a difficult season, building confidence through movement, developing healthier coping strategies, or creating a more supportive workplace, the goal isn't perfection. It's sustainable growth.

Meet Cydney

Cydney Caesar-Forde is a social worker, counselor and certified personal trainer whose work sits at the intersection of mental health, movement and practical wellbeing.

Her approach is grounded in the understanding that wellbeing is multidimensional. Rather than treating mental and physical wellness as separate pursuits, Cydney's work considers the ways our thoughts, emotions, bodies, relationships and environments interact.

These principles extend beyond her professional practice. They also shape how she approaches wellbeing in her own lifethrough movement, reflection, continued learning and intentional care. This lived commitment informs a style of support that is practical, compassionate and grounded in real life.

Through Radiant Roots, Cydney brings these areas together to create supportive and approachable wellness experiences for individuals, groups, communities and workplaces.
